Introduction to Traditional Vietnamese Sausage (Giò)

Giò is a traditional Vietnamese dish made from finely minced meat or mushrooms, seasoned to taste, then tightly wrapped and steamed. At LE PHUONG, our sausage comes in three varieties: mushroom, beef, and chicken, all featuring a delicious, smooth, and savory flavor.

Main Ingredients:

  • Mushroom sausage (Mushrooms and Vietnamese spices).
  • Beef sausage (Finely minced beef and other ingredients).
  • Chicken sausage (Finely minced chicken and other ingredients).
  • Pepper, onion, garlic, traditional spices, and other components.
Special Note: This dish is not spicy. It can be served with chili sauce or dipping sauce upon request.
